City Ombudsman opens new satellite office

A new Ombudsman satellite office will open its doors tomorrow, 28 June 2024, at the Desmond and Leah Tutu House in Harrington Street, Cape Town. Staff will be available to assist with last resort municipal complaints from Tuesday, 2 July 2024.
The office will be open every Tuesday from 09:00 - 14:00 (excluding public holidays).
Staff will be available at the satellite office to assist with enquiries regarding municipal-related matters.
The Office of the Ombudsman is available to assist City staff and members of the public with all last resort municipal-related complaints (complaints that have gone through the City service channels prior to approaching the Ombud) via the telephone, SMS and online option as below:
